Assist you with registration and login:To provide you with our services, you need to provide basic registration or login information, such as mobile phone number (sensitive data), verification code matching result (sensitive data), nickname, gender, date of birth, and profile picture, to create an account (username and password).
You can also log in to Stardust TV using a third-party platform account that we support; in this case, we will obtain relevant information (such as your nickname and avatar) from the third-party account based on your authorization.
Therefore, the above personal information you provided or we obtained from your third-party platform account with your consent will be used for these purposes to provide and perform services for you in accordance with our agreement. Without this personal information, we will not be able to provide services, and you will not be able to log in or use Stardust TV.
Provide search services
When you use the search function of Stardust TV, we will collect your search terms, browsing history, browsing duration, and interaction frequency. This information helps us provide you with the content you need and services that may better match your interests.
Provide recharge and inquiry services
When you make a recharge (to obtain gold coins in Stardust TV), we will collect details of your order and payment account. If you check the remaining value of virtual property in your user account, we will collect and display this information on relevant pages. Please note that your recharge, order, account, and virtual property information are sensitive information, so please provide and use them with caution.
Provides calendar-based record and reminder services
We will only list your schedule in your calendar and provide recording and reminder services after you grant us permission to access your calendar.
Ensure account security, service operation, and optimize service experience
When using this service, to help us detect account anomalies, understand product suitability, provide basic services (such as browsing, searching), and maintain the smooth operation of basic functions, we may automatically collect, store, and process information about your use of the service and the way you use it, including:
(1) Log Details: When utilizing this service, we may automatically gather comprehensive information about your usage and save it as relevant network logs. This log information includes your login account, search queries, IP Address, browser type, telecom provider, network environment, language, access date and time, and records such as total page views, push open records, time spent on the page, refresh records, post records, follow and subscribe records, favorites, and sharing.
(2) Device Information: Based on the specific permissions you have granted during the installation and use of Stardust TV, we will receive and record information about your device (including IMEI, MAC, serial number, SIM card IMSI identification number, device type, operating system and version, APP version, resolution, software package name, device settings, process and software list, unique device ID, hardware and software characteristic information), as well as device location information (including IP Address, GPS location, and relevant information such as WLAN access points, Bluetooth sensor data, base station sensors, etc.).
To collect the above personal basic device information, we will request permission to access your device information. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and functions. If you refuse to grant such permissions, you may not be able to use the service.
Please recognize that device information and/or log information alone cannot identify a specific individual, and therefore such information itself is considered non-personal information.However, if such non-personal information is combined with other information to identify a specific individual, or combined with other personal information, it will be considered personal information during the period of combination. In such cases, it will be considered personal information and protected in accordance with this Policy. However, you may still receive required notices related to the Service (e.g., account security, transaction history) after the unsubscription has taken effect.
Improve our services
We may invite you to participate in service-related surveys to help us improve existing services or design new ones; meanwhile, we may use your information for software updates. For example, in order to improve the content and enhance the service, we may use pixel tags or tracking links in our emails to count the delivery rate, open rate and click rate of the emails. This data is used for internal analysis only and is not sold to third parties.Therefore, to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests in enhancing services, we will process this personal data for this purpose.
Other Uses of Anonymous Information

11.3 Specific Function Permission Notice

(2) With your consent, we may access your device information and use it as the Unique Device Identifier of your device to provide you with more personalized recommendations, understand product suitability, identify abnormal situations, and ensure network and service security.
Regarding permissions for accessing the photo album/camera, contacts list, microphone, location, and calendar (including read and write), most mobile devices allow you to revoke any permission.
